Topic:                           Introduction to the IEEE-CS Software Engineering Competency Model

Accomplishment Goal:   General Overview of how the IEEE-CS defines software engineering and its associated skills

Critical Participants:       None, ideally open to any and all attendees

Time Needed:               Medium (60 minutes)

This would be a presentation with technical discussion.  Questions and clarifications are encouraged during the presentation.
