Dear all, dear LF event team,

I was on vacation last month; and from the meeting minutes on the
workshop preparation, I assumed that the following standard workshop
sessions are planned by default as part of the workshop agenda, and I
did not submit any formal session for those three:

- Update from the Tooling Investigation and Code Improvement Subgroup
- Lightning Talk Session. 30 minutes
- Networking Session, 1:30 hours

Can the LF Events Team please add those three sessions?

The Tooling Investigation and Code Improvement Subgroup reports just
as all other groups do.

The Lightning Talk Session is best planned at the end of the second
day. I will remind everyone on the exact format of Lightning Talks and
how to submit topics on short notice.

The Networking Session is best scheduled at the end of the first day;
reception of that session was positive, with a comment that the
original time of an hour could have been extended, as getting to know
people and discussing topics in smaller circles was appreciated and
may take more time in the schedule.

The abstracts from the last workshop can be reused.

Best regards,
