Can we also talk briefly about the various proposals for new and/or refocussed Working Groups (Evidence, 'new' Dev Process, 'old' Dev Process) that have been raised, please?

I know that Elana is not available this week, but I will not be available for the next meeting (11th Aug), and it would be useful to at least start framing the proposals and gathering input from other participants.
