Relevant Time Zones
Dear all,
I tried to record some relevant time zones for the preparation of our Webinar series.
I am considering possible dates in the week 2019-05-06 to 2019-05-10 or 2019-05-13 to 2019-05-17.
Tokyo, Japan: UTC+9.
Lanchow, China: UTC+8
Moscow, Russia: UTC+3
Munich, Germany: UTC+2
Palo Alto, USA: UTC-7
Did I miss a relevant time zone for you?
Is anyone from Tokyo on the list?
Nicholas, are you in Lanchow in the week mid of May?
Although it will be tricky (mathematically impossible?), I will try to suggest times that try to avoid 0:00 to 6:00 o'clock in everyone's time zone. We will then simply take the timeslot that fits best for the interested people.
So far, the responses being interested have been from Robert Bates (California) and various people in Europe and Moscow.
Also, Antonio Priore, Tiejun Chen and Poonam have responded, but I do not know your relevant time zones.
If interest remains similar to what it is now, we could move forward with a Europe afternoon session.
Such as:
Tokyo, Japan Mi, 24. Apr 2019 at 22:00 JST
Lanchow, China Mi, 24. Apr 2019 at 21:00 CST
Moscow, Russia Mi, 24. Apr 2019 at 16:00 MSK
Munich, Germany Mi, 24. Apr 2019 at 15:00 CEST
Palo Alto, USA Mi, 24. Apr 2019 at 06:00 PDT
Assuming that Robert Bates gets up early.
If no one from Japan participates, I would even move it two hours later.
A poll for possible dates follows once I know the time zones to consider.
Best regards,
Lukas

I do quite a bit of work with European colleagues, so 1500 CEST/0600 PDT is fine for me.

Hi Naohiro-san,
Not too late. So far, it sounds like the proposed time slot would work for everyone.
I will continue to set up the poll for the possible dates in the mentioned week.

Hello Lukas,
This may be late, but
I would like to join from Tokyo time zone. 22:00 JST is no problem for me.
And the week 2019-05-06 to 2019-05-10 is convenient for me.
I'm working on automotive industry.
Best regards,
Naohiro Nishiguchi
