Topic: Introduction of Tool Investigation and Code Improvement Subgroup

Abstract:

We shortly present the goals and activities of this subgroup.
Our investigations include the use of open-source code-checking tools,
the setup of a CI for those open-source tools, and the use of
commercial code-checking tools, Klokwork and ECLAIR, and its current
CI.

We further speak shortly about the group's experience with the patch
submission process, challenges learning the patch submissions, and our
feedback from patch submissions so far.

Critical participants: Sudip, Milan, Roberto Bagnara, Eli Gurvitz, Lukas Bulwahn
(in case the actual contributor is not present, I will present their
work on their behalf.)

Estimated time needed: 30 minutes at most (with Q&A, discussion)
