With respect to the GDrive area of the safety arch wg it seems that every time somebody tries to access the docs shared there I need to approve as per email below (one of the many).
 
Can you please advise on:
  1. ELISA policy on how to set the sharing settings in GDrive
  2. What to do to avoid all these notifications
 
It seems that people do not experience this problem in the other WGs
